I am not a
politician. It also appears that I am the most educated,
most well-rounded, and I am a proven leader.

Never – I don’t
want to be a politician.

challenge of public service?
The 40 year
commitment to helping people.

important issue facing the State of WI?
I think that
the single most important issue is returning the money to
the Tobacco Settlement.

give someone thinking of running for public office?
Don’t plan on
making a career out of it.

I was solicited
and recruited by the State committee.

10. Will the U.S.
invade Iraq by December 2002? Should they invade?
No, and I don’t
think we should.
11. What type of Health Care
reform is needed in the U.S. today?
We need a
national anti-tobacco movement, and we need to put a stop
to the price gouging by pharmaceutical companies.
12. How do you improve
education in WI and around the U.S.?
I would remove
the QEO and other caps to teachers’ salaries and then
raise teacher salaries substantially to attract the best
possible educators.
13. How do we stimulate the
WI economy?
Promote the
arts in every way possible.
14. With your wealth of
experience and knowledge, is there one experience that has better prepared you
to lead the State of Wisconsin?
No.
15. If elected, what will be
your first order of business?
To reduce the
size of State government.
16. What are your top three
goals of your first term if elected?
Reduce the size
of State government, restore the tobacco fund, and build
the State’s economy.

of service to others, will you as Gov. use the pulpit to motivate
people to get involved?
Yes, and then
